Country music singer-songwriter HAROLD"HAL" BYNUM and his wife JAN were arrested WEDNESDAY by NASHVILLE METRO POLICE on charges they were growing 256 marijuana plants inside their NASHVILLE home. BYNUM, who, according to his website, penned songs such as "Chains," by PATTY LOVELESS, and co-wrote KENNY ROGERS' hit "Lucille," was released on bail of $73,000 along with his wife.
