CUMULUS MEDIA filed a Schedule 14-A form with the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION which outlines the agenda on FRIDAY, MAY 8th of the company's annual shareholder meeting, which includes a look at their executive pay.
CEO LEWIS W. DICKEY JR. saw his total compensation for 2011 rise to $19,889,797. That includes a base salary of $1,122,042, which was up from $940,000 in 2010 and $921,884 in 2009. It also included a $2 million bonus, $1,558,400 in stock awards and $15,193,479 in option awards.
SVP/Treasurer/CFO JOSEPH P. HANNON received a salary of $355,208 and a total compensation of $1,892,313. EVP/Co-COO JON G. PINCH was paid $616,734, with total compensation of $3,732,782. EVP/Co-COO JOHN W. DICKEY received a 2011 salary of $699,525, and total compensation of $5,407,686. SVP/Secretary/General Council RICHARD S. DENNING was paid $429,167 and a total compensation of $1,893,374.
