ADELPHIA COMMUNICATIONS gets bankruptcy court approval to sell its 2.7% interest in JONES MEDIA NETWORKS back to JONES or an affiliated company for $1.9 million. ADELPHIA is in the process of selling its primary assets, its cable operations, to TIME WARNER and COMCAST for $17.6 billion, and the court also rejected an antitrust challenge to that deal by the AMERICA CHANNEL.
