Voiceover and imaging specialists DICK ERVASTI and CHARLES THOMAS are the new announcers for PREMIERE NETWORKS' "COAST TO COAST AM," host GEORGE NOORY announced on the show last night.
ERVASTI, known for a wide range of voice work including imaging for many stations and voicing for the movie "TRANSFORMERS" and TV's "AMERICA'S MOST WANTED," "NCIS," and THE HISTORY CHANNEL, will handle intros, while THOMAS, a prolific commercial talent, will voice on-air announcements and promos as well as "SOMEWHERE IN TIME WITH ART BELL." The pair will replace ROSS MITCHELL, who the syndicator says has "left to pursue other opportunities," reportedly for CUMULUS MEDIA NETWORKS and its rival "RED EYE RADIO" and MIKE HUCKABEE shows.
"I want to thank ROSS for his years of incredible service to COAST TO COAST AM. He is truly a phenomenal person with God-given pipes," said NOORY. "While we're sad to see Ross go, we're excited to welcome DICK and CHARLES to the exciting world of late-night radio on COAST TO COAST AM."
