GRUPO RADIO CENTRO and EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS have amended their put and call agreement for Spanish Hits KXOS (EXITOS 93.9)/LOS ANGELES to designate a $85.5 million purchase price if GRC closes on a purchase before MARCH 27, 2013 and $110 million if a closing occurs thereafter. The amendment, which has been filed with the FCC, gives GRC a reduced price if a deal is closed before the designated date (the original agreement was for $110 million). GRC has been operating the station under an seven-year LMA since APRIL 2009.

The translator's proposed 60 dBu signal would cover mostly the eastern portion of the MEMPHIS market, including GERMANTOWN and BARTLETT.
