Caribbean Country WVVI To Host Event For Former Oil Workers

JKC COMMUNICATIONS Country WVVI (CARIBBEAN COUNTRY)/VIRGIN ISLANDS, along with the USVI DEPARTMENT OF TOURISIM, is hosting “FAREWELL TO HOVENSA BEACH HOE DOWN,” for the 2000 or so employees, who will be displaced after the closing of the oil refinery HOVENSA/HESS. The event will be held on SATURDAY and SUNDAY, APRIL 28th and 29th.

Artists performing so far include RCA’s LOVE AND THEFT, and CURB NASHVILLE duo BOMSHEL.
