Controversial Remarks Put Malloux On The Hot Seat

Controversial psychiatrist and radio host DR. PIERRE MALLOUX is under fire for comments he made about black people on French Talk CKAC-A/MONTREAL SUNDAY night. 

MAILLOUX said that slavery led to smarter, intelligent slaves being killed, leading to an "artificial selection" that resulted in the survival of blacks who "can run faster, they're stronger, but their IQs are consistently lower." MAILLOUX denies being a racist, but the SAINT-JEAN BAPTIST SOCIETY and BLACK COALITION OF QUEBEC are asking the CRTC to investigate; MAILLOUX was upbraided by the CBSC earlier this year for calling Sikhs "bozos" and by the CRTC for comments calling blacks "less intelligent than whites" and not knowing "how to behave."
