DIAL-GLOBAL has filed a series of reports as part of an 8-K SEC filing, laying out the compensation of its executives.

CFO/Chief Administrative Officer HIRAM LAZAR and Pres./Programming KIRK STIRLAND will both recieve a monthly base salary of $33,333, with provisions for raises and an annual bonus of $100,000.

Pres./Sales EILEEN DECKER will be paid a monthly salary of $37,500, plus the possiblilty of an annual bonus of $150,000. Chief Accounting Officer EDWARD MAMMONE is paid $25,000, with a bonus to be determined by the board.
