Senator Tweets That Senate Will Vote On FCC Nominations On Monday

Sen. JERRY MORAN (R-KS) told his Twitter followers that the "Senate will vote on FCC nominee AJIT PAI on MAY 7."  The tweet indicates that the Senate will act swiftly on PAI and JESSICA ROSENWORCEL's nominations to join the FCC after Sen. CHARLES GRASSLEY (R-IA) lifted his months-long block on the nominations (NET NEWS 4/30).

MORAN introduced PAI, a Republican from KANSAS, at the U.S. Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Committee's nomination hearing in DECEMBER.
