SLACKER has apologized to its subscribers or a recent service outage that lasted from APRIL 13th-14th and has come up with a novel make-good. "While not all listeners were impacted by the timing of the outage, we understand that you may have experienced an interruption in service," the statement said. "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience if you were affected during this time. We know how important music is to you and we are truly sorry if our brief outage silenced your SLACKER RADIO experience.
"This unexpected event has increased our drive to make sure you have constant access to your favorite content and we are taking new steps to ensure this does not happen again," the statement concluded. "As a sign of our appreciation for your ongoing support we’d like to offer you a free month of SLACKER PREMIUM RADIO."
