WYEP Releases ‘Live & Direct Vol. 14'

Live Music Kick-Off

PITTSBURGH COMMUNITY BROADCASTING Triple A WYEP/PITTSBURGH recently celebrated the release of its latest studio-performance CD "Live & Direct Volume 14" with an evening of free music at SCHENLEY PLAZA this past FRIDAY EVENING (5/4).

The festivities began with music by local artist MARK DIGNAM and a headlining performance by SAHARA SMITH.

The disc - being used as a premium by the station for its membership drive - features artists such SMITH, THE AVETT BROTHERS, MASON JENNINGS, WARREN HAYNES, SARAH LEE GUTHRIE & JOHNNY IRION, THE JAYHAWKS and IRON & WINE.
