POWER BROADCASTING, LLC is selling Classic Rock KNOU/EMPIRE, LA to MICHAEL A. COSTELLO's M.A.C. BROADCASTING, LLC for $350,000.

In other filings with the FCC, GRAND CANYON GATEWAY BROADCASTING, LLC has requested a Silent STA for Talk KYET-A/GOLDEN VALLEY, AZ due to failure of the station's phase converter.

In a deal yet to be filed with the Commission, but referenced in the CUMULUS conference call on MONDAY, PAMAL BROADCASTING is selling Country WXBM and AC WMEZ (SOFT ROCK 94.1)/PENSACOLA to CUMULUS for $6.5 million.
