It got chilly in PHILLY again last night, and now, to add to the misery, it's raining, but CLEAR CHANNEL Top 40 WIOQ (Q102)/PHILADELPHIA morning co-host DIEGO is STILL residing in a dumpster outside of CHICKIE'S & PETE'S RESTAURANT in NORTHEAST PHILLY, and he swears he won't leave until he's raised $10,000 for the AMERICAN RED CROSS to benefit hurricane victims. $7264 has been raised so far.
