ALOHA STATION TRUST, the trust handling the CLEAR CHANNEL spinoffs, has sold Classic Rock WPBH (ROCK 93.5)/PORT ST. JOE, FL to OMNI BROADCASTING LLC for $135,000.

In other filings with the FCC, BUTTE BROADCASTING, INC. is donating Oldies KANA-A/ANACONDA, MT to A.W.A.R.E., INC. for consideration of $10.

ROY E. HENDERSON has applied for a Silent STA for KROY/PALACIOS, TX after losing its temporary site.  He has also applied for a Silent STA for KHTZ/GANADO, TX, which is in the process of moving and changing frequency, and one for KEMA/THREE RIVERS, TX, which was vandalized.

SOUND OF LIFE, INC. has requested a Silent STA for FM translator W235AY/TROY, NY due to interference concerns and planned relocation.

FIRST BROADCASTING OF NEVADA, INC. has closed on the sale of Spanish Adult Hits KXTO-A (RADIO EXITOS 1550)/RENO, NV to CHRISTIAN MINISTRIES OF THE VALLEY, INC. for $110,000.

And CALVARY RADIO NETWORK, INC. has closed on the sale of noncommercial WPJC/PONTIAC. IL to WPRR, INC. for $80,000.
