High Desert Broadcasting Names Mark Benevento OM

HIGH DESERT BROADCASTING has appointed MARK "MITCHELL" BENEVENTO to be OM.  Previously, BENEVENTO was Dir./Operations for EL DORADO BROADCASTERS.
