Justin Bieber Invites Hot 100.5 Listener To Billboard Awards

CADY EIMER wanted JUSTIN BIEBER to be her prom date.  And she didn't just dream about it... she spent a year and a half working on it, enlisting the help of MAX MEDIA Top 40 WVHT (HOT 100.5)/NORFOLK along the way.

JUSTIN couldn't make it to the prom, but he made it up to her by inviting CADY and her sister to join him at the BILLBOARD MUSIC AWARDS in LAS VEGAS.  CADY received the invite via video, at her prom, and the presentation was mc'd by HOT 100.5 night jock ELIZABETHANY.
