CLEAR CHANNEL Hot AC KIOI (STAR 101.3)/SAN FRANCISCO brings in FROSTY STILWELL to join SANDY STEC  for the new SANDY and FROSTY morning show, effective MONDAY, JUNE 4th. Previously, STILWELL was part of The FROSTY, HEIDI and FRANK Show on KLSX/Los Angeles and The Jamie, Frosty, and Frank Show on KYSR/LOS ANGELES and KALC/DENVER.  STILWELL most recently hosted his own talk show on KFI-A.
