SLACKER RADIO is adding ESPN RADIO offerings through its streaming service, including new national, regional and Spanish language stations. The new channels will be available for free to all users for the next 30 days, and then as part of the SLACKER RADIO Plus and SLACKER Premium Radio subscription packages.
Included are ESPN RADIO, ESPN DEPORTES RADIO, and the network's Sports WEPN (98.7 ESPN NEW YORK)/NEW YORK, WMVP-A (ESPN 1000)/CHICAGO, KSPN-A (710 ESPN)/LOS ANGELES, and KESN (103.3 ESPN)/DALLAS.
"Giving sports fans the freedom to enjoy their favorite team and events when they're not in the stadium or in front of a television is very important to us," said ESPN SVP/Production Business Divisions TRAUG KELLER. "Offering live ESPN RADIO programming to sports fans through SLACKER gives listeners an extremely flexible option for custom listening on-the-go."
"ESPN RADIO is the most well-respected source in the nation for sports coverage," said SLACKER SVP of Marketing JONATHAN SASSE. "Adding live ESPN Radio programming to the SLACKER lineup enhances the wide variety of content we're offering with customized listening for the sports fan, setting the SLACKER RADIO experience even further apart from anything else out there."
