OREGON TRAIL RADIO, INC. and KSRV, LLC are selling Country KCMB/BAKER, OR and FM translator K229BN/LA GRANDE, OR to KCMB, LLC, headed by RANDOLPH MCCONE, for $1.25 million ($90,000 down, $1.16 million in a promissory note at 2 1/2% interest in 36 $5,000 payments, then 36 $6,250 payments, and 108 months of $7,500 payments culminating in a balloon payment for the remainder of the principal plus interest and penalties in the 181st month).  The parties are also involved in a separate transaction in which the seller's KSRV, INC. is selling AC KWRL (99.9 THE RIVER) and K258BM/LA GRANDE to the buyer's KWRL, LLC for $750,000 ($60,000 down, a promissory note for $690,000 in 36 $3,000 payments, 36 $3,750 payments, 108 $4,500 payments, and a balloon payment in the 181st month).

In other filings with the FCC, SMITH AND FITZGERALD, PARTNERSHIP is selling the construction permit for a new FM in ELKO, NV to PAUL and KETRA GARDNER's ELKO BROADCASTING COMPANY for $57,000 plus an LMA before closing.

VIC MICHAEL's KONA COAST RADIO, LLC has applied for a Silent STA for KRBR-A/ESTES PARK, CO due to financial considerations and the loss of its lease after being acquired by the present licensee.

TOWNSQUARE MEDIA ODESSA-MIDLAND LICENSE, LLC has closed on the sale of  Country KHKX (KICKS 99 COUNTRY) and Oldies KMCM/ODESSA, TX and Adult Hits KQRX (95.1 BOB FM)/MIDLAND, TX to BRAZOS COMMUNICATIONS WEST, LLC for $1,775,000.

And WORLD RADIO LINK, INC. has closed on the transfer of FM translator K210DV/DE QUEEN, AR to EDGEWATER BROADCASTING, INC. for $25,000.
