Sirius Taps Jessen For Classic Country Show

BILLBOARD Magazine's Country Chart Editor WADE JESSEN has signed on to be the new host of a weekly show on SIRIUS SATELLITE RADIO. The show will be called, "REAR VIEW WITH WADE JESSEN: THE HISTORY OF COUNTRY MUSIC."

Highlighted on each program will be Classic Country songs and the stories behind the artists and the songs. Before joining BILLBOARD in 1994, JESSEN worked in radio including stints at KSOP/SALT LAKE CITY and WSM-A/NASHVILLE. The new show will air on SATURDAYS on THE ROADHOUSE (channel 62), from 9a-12p (ET) and will repeat on SUNDAYS from 6-9p (ET). It will start JUNE 24th.
