Street Dedicated To Chattanooga's 'Hey Earl' Freudenberg

TENNESSEE TEMPLE UNIVERSITY Religion WDYN-A/CHATTANOOGA morning host "HEY EARL" FREUDENBERG is being honored for his 50 years in broadcasting with the dedication of the existing FREUDENBERG Lane in RED BANK, TN in his honor.

NBC affiliate WRCB-TV reports that RED BANK City Commissioners added the dedication in a ceremony TUESDAY night.  The street, FREUDENBERG said, was originally named after an ancestor of his.  A sign reading that the street is "dedicated to (HEY EARL) FREUDENBERG on JUNE 19, 2012" is being posted at the site.
