Eric Church's 'Chief' Goes Platinum, Eli Young Strikes Gold

EMI RECORDS artist ERIC CHURCH’s album “Chief,” has been certified Platinum by the RIAA. “Chief” was released last JULY and it debuted at No.1 on the Top 200 Sales Chart. CHURCH’s latest hit, “Springsteen,” co-written by CHURCH, has been at the top of the Country Singles Chart for the past 2 weeks.
Ironically, BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN went to #1 28 years ago, that same week, with his only #1 on the Pop Chart, with his big hit from “Born In The USA,” “Dancing In The Dark.”
