  OMNI COMMUNICATIONS Country KWOX (K-101)/WOODWARD, OK has named evening personality SEAN KELLY to PD. KELLY will also retain his MD duties.
  In addition, KELLY moves to afternoon drive. Morning show producer JESS BITTNER moves to evenings and TONY WRIGHT shuffles from afternoons to middays. J. DOUGLAS and MATT STORM will continue on mornings.
