CNN is on a roll -- and not a good one. On the heels of their embarrassing mistake on THE SUPREME COURT decision regarding "Obamacare," comes ... an obit on GOTYE.

One problem. GOTYE's fine.

The singer was forced to deny reports that he had committed suicide, after he was reported to be dead by CNN. The cable news network broadcast "At 4:32a EST, it was reported that GOTYE had shot himself in the head with a 9mm handgun. He was pronounced dead at 4.45a, and the investigation concluded that the cause of death was suicide."

GOTYE, whose real name is WOUTER DE BACKER, took to TWITTER and wrote, "I'm not dead. #Pinkalbumtitles."
