  CBS RADIO Top 40/Rhythmic WPGC/WASHINGTON, D.C. new morning guy PABLO SATO has wasted no time getting started. With the recent storms that hit the WASHINGTON area that left 1.5 million people without power, PABLO went out to those neighborhoods handing out ice and water as temps continued to hang near or around 100.
