  EMI MUSIC PUBLISHING/NASHVILLE EVP/GM BEN VAUGHN has exited the company as of JUNE 29th. VAUGHN was with the company over 10 years. VAUGHN became EVP/GM in 2010 after GARY OVERTON left to become Chairman at SONY MUSIC NASHVILLE.
  VAUGHN’S exit comes as SONY awaits federal approval to acquire EMI PUBLISHING.
