PALM BEACH BROADCASTING Top 40/Rhythmic WMBX (X102.3)/WEST PALM BEACH midday personality CIERRA has resigned. CIERRA, who recently earned her bachelor's degree from LYNN UNIVERSITY, had been doing middays at WMBX for 10 years.

CIERRA and her family are relocating to PHILADELPHIA. CIERRA tells ALL ACCESS, "I am looking forward to a change and being in a cool city like Philly. I'm eager to learn the PHILADELPHIA radio market and I'm hoping for opportunities there."
