TY TYLER's TYLER BROADCASTING CORP. is buying four OKLAHOMA CITY stations -- Classic Hits KOMA, Talk KOKC-A, Classic Rock KRXO, and AC KMGL (MAGIC 94.1) -- from RENDA BROADCASTING for an undisclosed price and is selling Talk daytimer KTLR-A/OKLAHOMA CITY and Country KKNG-F (KING COUNTRY 97.3)/BLANCHARD-OKLAHOMA CITY to STANTON NELSON's WPA RADIO LLC for an also-undisclosed price. KALIL AND CO. is serving as broker for TYLER on the RENDA deal and exclusive broker for the WPA deal; MEDIA VENTURE PARTNERS, LLC represented RENDA.
