  Facing Fine
  
  The FCC has proposed a $7,000 fine against WAGENVOORD ADVERTISING GROUP, INC. for antenna enclosure violations at Talk KLRG-A/SHERIDAN, AR.
  Agents saw over half of the fence surrounding the tower lying on the ground after responding to a complaint in JANUARY. The property was also missing a perimeter fence.
