The bankruptcy sale of Gospel WVAB-A (PRAISE 1550) and Religion WBVA-A/NORFOLK-VIRGINIA BEACH to LMA operator CHESAPEAKE-PORTSMOUTH BROADCASTING CORP. for $775,000. is moving closer to a conclusion as owner RONALD W. COWAN JR.'s bankruptcy trustee asks the court to approve the sale. Trustee R. CLINTON STACKHOUSE JR. also asked the court to allow competing higher bids if any are offered.
