VICTOR BROADCASTING CORP. is selling Hot AC WKMJ-F (MIX 93.5) and Talk WMPL-A/HANCOCK, MI to JERRY J. JACKMAN and JOHN J. NIX' BAY BROADCASTING, INC. for $775,000, ($225,000, in cash, the rest in a promissory note).
