Smulyan-Simon Snap Up More Stock
JEFF SMULYAN and HERBERT SIMON have increased their stakes in EMMIS COMMUNICATIONS CORP. Chairman SMULYAN and INDIANA PACERS owner SIMON added 70,343 Class A shares at $1.98 and 56,400 at $1.90571 to the holdings of their HSJS, LLC joint venture.
HSJS now holds 1,231,046 Class A shares of the company.
