Industry veteran PHYLLIS STARK, who has been writing the STARK COUNTRY newsletter for RADIO-INFO, tells ALL ACCESS that she will be exiting, with her last day at the company on FRIDAY, AUGUST 3rd, and her last newsletter tomorrow (8/2).

PHYLLIS, who was the Executive Editor, Country Music for RADIO-INFO, has been with them since OCTOBER, 2009. Prior to joining RADIO-INFO, STARK was VP/A&R at ROBBINS NASHVILLE, and before that she spent 17 years at BILLBOARD and BILLBOARD RADIO MONITOR.
