Eugenie Hero Jaffe Joins KRCL As Midday Host

Long-time listener-supported community radio station KRCL/SALT LAKE CITY volunteer on-air host EUGENIE HERO JAFFE has been added to the daily mix.  JAFFE replaces morning host JAMIE GADETTE, who recently resigned her position to concentrate on her graduate studies.

MD and current midday host, EBAY JAMIL HAMILTON, will move to the morning slot (8-11a), JAFFE will be on middays (11a-2p) and BAD BRAD WHEELER will continue in his afternoon-drive slot (2-6p).

Currently, JAFFE co-hosts "Red, White & Blues" on MONDAY NIGHTS and will start her new midday roll beginning MONDAY, AUGUST 27th.   She will also produce and voice KRCL’s new "Salt Shaker" community events calendar.

"JAMIE has been a key KRCL staff member. We're glad she will continue to work with KRCL as a volunteer and fill in host," said new GM VICKI MANN.  "EUGENIE brings KRCL a wealth of professional experience, a keen understanding of the SALT LAKE community and a passion for great music.  We're thrilled to have her on board."
