FCC Proposes Fine Against Georgia AM

The FCC has proposed an $11,000 fine against HYE CHA KIM for antenna enclosure and power violations at WDGR-A/DAHLONEGA, GA.

The station was observed staying on the air two hours past its local sunset with its daytime power, not reducing from 10 kw to its permitted 2.5 kw critical hours power level or its 1 watt post-sunset authority.  A section of the fence around the station's towers was also missing.
