It's a new flagship for the NBA's PORTLAND TRAIL BLAZERS, who are moving from ALPHA BROADCASTING Sports KXTG-A (750 THE GAME)/PORTLAND to crosstown CLEAR CHANNEL Talk KEX-A-K272EL this season.  KEX-A aired BLAZERS games from 1979-85 and again from 1989-2001.

“The TRAIL BLAZERS’ partnership with KEX and CLEAR CHANNEL MEDIA & ENTERTAINMENT goes beyond the ability to provide our fans with a simulcast of our broadcasts,” said BLAZERS SVP/Digital Entertainment DICK VARDANEGA. “This partnership will also provide a number of new and innovative opportunities for our fans to engage in all things TRAIL BLAZERS. We are very excited about the possibilities and can’t wait to get things started.”
