David Haley Joins Gator Michaels To Launch New Division At Instigator

Industry veteran DAVID HALEY, most recently of TENACITY RECORDS, has joined INSTIGATOR ENTERTAINMENT as a partner in their newly launched consulting division. HALEY will provide consulting services to clients as well as oversee the secondary radio promotion provided with this service.
