  CBS RADIO Sports WIP-A-F/PHILADELPHIA weekend host HOWARD ESKIN is returning to FOX O&O WTXF-TV (FOX 29) as Sports Anchor for the station's 5p, 6p, and 10p newscasts as well as host of "FOX 29 SPORTS SUNDAY" and "GAME DAY LIVE."
  ESKIN was the original sports anchor for the station's 10p newscast when it launched with the addition of the FOX affiliation in 1986. His first day back at FOX 29 is SEPTEMBER 4th.
