WEAZ RADIO INC. AC WBEB (B101)/PHILADELPHIA Production Assistant/weekend air talent MARK SHEPPERD tells ALL ACCESS that he's been "downsized."  SHEPPERD joined the station only six months ago, from the afternoon drive slot at CUMULUS Hot AC WLEV/ALLENTOWN.

ALL ACCESS hears that there have been additional cuts at B101, in the Sales and Engineering Departments.
