Journal Communications Names Faith Perkins VP/Human Resources

JOURNAL COMMUNICATIONS names FAITH E. PERKINS as VP/Human Resources. PERKINS joins JOURNAL from COX MEDIA GROUP, where she was RVP/Human Resources based in WEST PALM BEACH.
