Longtime former CLEAR CHANNEL Talk WJBO-A/BATON ROUGE host CLARENCE BUGGS joins crosstown GUARANTY BROADCASTING Talk WBRP (TALK 107.3 FM) to host weekdays 11a-1p (CT), replacing TALK RADIO NETWORK's LAURA INGRAHAM in the lineup.  The new show starts SEPTEMBER 5th.  BUGGS exited WJBO in 2011 after a long stint as host and, before that, as a traffic reporter at WJBO and SHADOW TRAFFIC; he was also part of the broadcast crew for SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY football.
