ARMADA, which is headed by former WISCONSIN Governor and DEPT. ARMADA previously announced a deal to buy six stations in ABERDEEN, SD from ABERDEEN RADIO RANCH and has encountered controversy for one of its partners, financier NICHOLAS HURTGEN, who is presently under federal indictment for alleged extortion in an associate's attempt to win a bid to build a hospital project.
