In MARCH, ALL ACCESS reported a former XM SATELLITE RADIO had pleaded guilty to helping embezzle more than $900,000 (NET NEWS 3/19). VALENCIA PERSON pleaded guilty in WASHINGTON's federal court to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

Now, PERSON has been sentenced to 15 months in prison.

She also agreed to repay more the than $900,000.
