Joe Calgaro Named PD Of WHQG

Joe Calgaro

Longtime WISCONSIN programmer, JOE CALGARO, joins SAGA COMMUNICATIONS as PD of WHQG (THE HOG)/MILWAUKEE. CALGARO fills the seat vacated by KEITH HASTINGS. CALGARO has spent his career in the MIDWEST and rock radio with the last fourteen years programming heritage rock station, WAPL/APPLETON.

GM ANNMARIE TOPEL stated, "We talked with many impressive candidates, but JOE was the best fit. In addition to programming THE HOG, CALGARO will continue to be the voice of the legendary GREEN BAY PACKERS providing in-stadium announcing at every home game.
