CITRUS COUNTY ASSOCIATION FOR RETARDED CITIZENS, INC. is selling Sports WYKE (YAHOO! SPORTS RADIO 104.3)/INGLIS, FL and low-power TV station WYKE-CD/INGLIS-YANKEETOWN, FL to BAYNET MANAGEMENT, INC. for $2.75 million.
In other filings with the FCC, ANGELA MARSEE is selling Classic Rock KKZU (101.7 THE ZOO)/SAYRE, OK to WRIGHT BROADCASTING SYSTEM, INC. for $22,000. The buyer has been operating the station under a time brokerage agreement since 2010.
KBDX BLANDING L.L.C. is selling FM translator K284AP/GRAND JUNCTION, CO to MARCOS RODRIGUEZ for $15,000.
COMMON FREQUENCY, INC. has applied for a Silent STA for KBCZ/BOULDER CREEK, CA for technical reasons.
COCHISE MEDIA LICENSES LLC/COCHISE BROADCASTING LLC has requested Silent STAs for KTWY and KWWY/SHOSHONI, WY, KGRK/GLENROCK, WY, KWYX/CASPER, WY, KXWY/HUDSON, WY, and KCYA/ROLLING HILLS, WY as the six WYOMING stations the company wishes to rebuild and sign on together by SEPTEMBER 30th.
CUMULUS has closed on the swap of Oldies WFVL/LUMBERTON-FAYETTEVILLE, NC to EDUCATIONAL MEDIA FOUNDATION in exchange for FM translator K264AS/MOORINGSPORT-SHREVEPORT, LA.
And in a deal not yet filed with the FCC, HEMISPHERE MEDIA, LLC is selling Spanish Talk KRLV-A and Brokered KLAV-A/LAS VEGAS to LOTUS COMMUNICATIONS for $800,000. MICHAEL J. BERGNER of BERGNER AND CO. served as exclusive broker for the deal.
