The latest notices have gone to SUSAN MCRAE and RODNEY J. THARP (OLYMPIA, WA); ROBERT WOISH (CONSHOHOCKEN, PA); DESERT CHRISTIAN SCHOOLS (LANCASTER, CA); and PHILIP BRITTIN (BOULDER, CO).
In addition, the MIAMI HERALD reports that ROMAYNE DAVIS of LAUDERDALE LAKES, FL has turned himself in to the BROWARD COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE on charges of operating a pirate FM on 89.5 MHz, with his Rap format interfering with the signal of CLASSICAL SOUTH FLORIDA Classical WKCP/MIAMI at 89.7 FM.
