INNER CITY BROADCASTING CORPORATION is suing YMF MEDIA, the company formed by debtors to take over its stations, and its Chief Restructuring Officer BOB MACCINI over artwork removed from the ICBC officers.
The lawsuit, filed in U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of NEW YORK, alleges that MACCINI told ICBC on MAY 17th that "15 pieces of unique and valuable artwork by renowned African-American artists had been removed from a conference room and hallway at 3 Park Avenue, the offices of ICBC and the Debtors, and was secreted to an undisclosed location without giving any advance notice to ICBC, despite having actual knowledge that ICBC claimed to be the exclusive owner of the Artwork."
The suit says that the artwork has ended up in PHILADELPHIA and has not been returned. ICBC claims that the artwork is not part of its estate and must be returned along with compensatory and punitive damages.
