WVOR Flips To WDVI "100.5 The Drive"

As mentioned on ALL ACCESS on TUESDAY (6/13), CLEAR CHANNEL Hot AC WVOR (MIX 100.5)/ROCHESTER, NY began playing "ALL DAVE MATTHEWS ALL THE TIME" as "100.5 DAVE-FM" to coicide with the band's concert on WEDNESDAY (6/14).

Today at noon (ET), WVOR officially flipped to an Adult Hits format as "100.5 THE DRIVE" with plans to change call letters they have used for 44 years to WDVI pending FCC approval. Featured artist on 100.5 THE DRIVE include U2, DAVE MATTHEWS BAND, BARENAKED LADIES, SHERYL CROW, REM, and MATCHBOX TWENTY among others. The station will differentiate itself from other outlets in the market with the creation of their "NO-HYPE" policy from the on-air staff.
