The U.S. government is joining the entertainment industry to try and stifle rampant overseas music and movies piracy by pressuring foreign governments to crack down or risk incurring trade barriers, reports the WASHINGTON POST. According to the POST, widespread music and movie piracy in RUSSIA -- and what the U.S. perceives as a lack of action to prevent that piracy -- may prevent the country from joining the WORLD TRADE ORGANIZATION.
