ESPN 950/Richmond Adds Dial Global Sports Coverage

RED ZEBRA Sports WXGI-A (ESPN 950)/RICHMOND has inked a two-year affiliation deal for DIAL GLOBAL sports coverage.  The deal puts DIAL GLOBAL's NFL football, NCAA basketball tournament, golf Majors, and OLYMPICS coverage on the station.

PD MITCHELL BRADLEY said, “We are RICHMOND’s home for play-by-play.  If it’s going on in sports, you’re going to hear it on ESPN 950.  In addition to our affiliation with the REDSKINS RADIO NETWORK and now DIAL GLOBAL's NFL Package, NFL fans in RICHMOND will receive extensive, exclusive coverage of primetime NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE games available unlike any other station.”
 
Station Manager BUCK ALBRITTON added, “The NFL and MARCH Madness are keys to our success. This type of programming encompasses signature sporting events that belong on RICHMOND’s signature sports talk radio station. We are thrilled to give DIAL GLOBAL’s outstanding sports programming a home in the capital city.”
